Hi! I like programming in Haskell, linguistics, statistics, other maths, and really all sorts of things. I am also a bit of a shy recluse (sorry!). At any rate, this is probably the first real website I’ve ever had.
Most of the content here will focus on trying to bridge the gap between beginner and expert Haskellers. Although I’ve never taken a formal class in computer science or functional programming, I do have formal training in both linguistics and pedagogy. I like to take complicated topics and break them down into easier-to-understand chunks. In my own Haskell journey, I’ve had a certain amount of difficulty in finding gratis materials that are intended for intermediate users.
I like to think my relative outsider status may help constructing these intermediate materials. Success, though, is in the eye of the beholder.
